It is very unfortunate I am giving this place a 1 star rating. Best piece of steak I have had in a while. Cooked to perfection. Drinks are good as well. My wife and I waited 20 minutes just to receive bread. 40 minutes of waiting we hadn’t even met our waiter. I soon realize other guest getting attended immediately as soon as they sat down. I called over the restaurant manager and he was very polite and apologized for the situation and got us attended right away. It could have been a miscommunication within the waitstaff or could have been something else. I made eye contact several times with waiters walking back and forth across our table and not 1 had noticed we were sitting there for almost an hour and nobody had acknowledged us or even taking our drink orders!! Very disappointed by this. I am a business owner and I couldn’t fathom any of my employees not acknowledging new customers or making them feel less important as others. Again the food was amazing and the restaurant manager took care of us after i spoke to him, but bottom line this cannot happen. Also it was freezing in there!!

Food and atmosphere was very good butt the service was incredible, from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the staff and owner made us feel welcome and appreciated, great place to dine.

I celebrated my PhD today in this great place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a magnificent evening and the restaurant was unquestionably one of the reasons for this outstanding gathering. The stuff collaborated in a graceful way, the cooking was appetizing and my buddies were very overjoyed. We shall definitely return for more events. Thank you very much.

My friends and I went to Teresa's Prime for dinner 3 years ago and it was one of our favorite restaurants. We try different restaurants when it's one of our friends birthday.nThe birthday girl doesn't pay we pick up the tab. Hmm tab that's a old word.....anyway the food was excellent. To top it off young man playing the piano ud83cudfb9 was fabulous. I believe he was 15 years old. I did go up and congratulate him for an awesome evening of music and a little encouragement.nOh, also nice tip that shows you truly appreciate them.nWe were just discussing our visit the other day, so in Halloween speak.........look whose coming back!!!!!

Had dinner with very dear friends who eat here often. The atmosphere and ambience were lovely, warm and inviting. Our server, CJ, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding! The filet mignon melted in my mouth and the jumbo asparagus was perfectly cooked. We were able to dine unhurried as we listened to live piano music. It was a delightful evening. For a fine dining experience, Theresa's Prime is the place to go.
