Got a great deal on a new van rented then the lady told me the moving company office right across the parking lot

the rent was cheaper than most, at least on big island it was cheap and convenient place to pick up and drop off.

The guy who rented the truck to me was a nice guy but when he asked how many miles i was going I said i don't know about 120 he put down 100. I asked what kind of truck it was he said it was a ford f150 it was a gmc not a big deal. He said that the truck needs to be cleaned I said l can clean it as I was running late. I didn't know about the cockroaches or the condoms... fine. When I returned the truck it was clean and had more gas then when I started the next day I got a phone call from the keaau uhaul place and a woman said that my card was decided and that I owe $45 I asked for what she said that the card was decided and that I owe $45 so I asked again for what she said again in a rude tone your card was decided and that I owe $45 I asked 8 times I got the same answer each time I asked I got more annoyed and so did she finally I had enuff I cussed her out told her that if I can't be told that the $45 was about then I'm not paying she said again in a rude tone fine but you will never rent a uhaul truck again. I don't know if I ever will any way if that's how they do business I then went over the paper to see if I could find where the $45 came from i found it i went more miles then i thought I did so why couldn't she say that I would have taken care of it and all would be good. So I called them back to figure it out she answered the phone all was fine until I gave my name she then got extremely mad at me. That's fine I expected that. She was saying that I was mad that I didn't have the money to cover the charge so I told her that I was no mad about the money i was mad about her attitude but according to her I was wrong it's about the money. I will never go there again
