called 5 times, provided the same request for container rental each time, no call back back at all to provide pricing/ availability. Called another company, they got the container scheduled on the first call. I work for a large construction company, this is beyond unprofessional.

The driver Ola just offloaded five pallets of insulation into the garage with such care and skill! And so very nice as well. I'm totally impressed!!

I was so fortunate to book furniture movers last minute. Luke & Jay were great! They moved antiques for me flawlessly. Very careful, knew what they were doing, communicated well & had great energy & aloha. I will ask for them again. Thank you guys & Kona Trans!

DO NOT EVER WORK W KONA TRANSnnReceived a shipment that consisted of 4 machines and 6 machine accessories.nn2 of the machines arrived without the original packaging, with Lots of thick dust implying it was stored improperly, and they are dented, bent dislodged and damaged in multiple places.nnAnother one was literally dropped off the forklift during delivery - they did not think to secure it in any way. It fell from at least a 6/7 feet height and is now heavily damaged and bent up and broken.nnAlso upon delivery they only delivered 3 of the 6 large accessories.nnThey basically lost our equipment, damaged the rest. They do not know how to ensure quality. I’m sure sometimes they do a decent job but I’m speaking for the Many people I have heard had a terrible experience and for myself who experienced nothing short of aloof lack of care and extreme unprofessionalism.nnThey claim there are ‘no records’ of the missing accessories and this is a tactic they are using to avoid responsibility.nnThey don’t give a s*** about your items, just the bill you pay them.nnWe took out a loan just to purchase this much needed machine and now Kona Trans won’t even help us and be accountable for damaging and losing parts of it.nnThey should never be trusted.
