Paka was very helpful and informative in explaining the rental agreement details for our storage space. She even took the time to take us to the space to check the size and location to satisfy us that it would be easily accessible by our delivery van for storing items or picking up.
Again! Awesome staff. Very clean Facility. Secured. 5 star is well deserved. Lovely Ladies in the office.
Called in to the store over a week ago asking about moving boxes. Were told that they had multiple sizes. When I went there over the weekend to see the sizes that were available the office girl was so polite. They didn't carry the size I needed but she was very helpful. Also, the Women's bathroom was so nice and clean.
This facility is great! Always clean and secure. Easy to get into and plenty of room to move your stuff into your unit. The interior hallways are wide, and the doorways are wide. They even provide carts so it’s easy to wheel your stuff in and out if you have an interior unit. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. They were always friendly and made sure my questions were answered. If I ever need storage, or know someone who does it will definitely be this location.nThank you StorQuest, Kea’au for a wonderful experience.
