The office staff is rude and untrustworthy.nAfter vacating the unit in a timely manner, my pro rated fees and deposit were NOT returned as promised.nKirk and his female assistant manager seem to have grown complacent and the office reeks of GLAD scented POT.nI only needed temporary storage for a move and left a poor review on YELP outlining my experience with the lack of customer service and the stink of marijuana. Kirk didn't like the negative review and served me a certified vacate letter because he denied the pot smell.nGo check it out for yourself and besides if you're in the customer service business not all reviews will be positive.nSmoke that!

Fair prices, safe location, wonderful staff, clean storage. Can't get better in the Kona side for the price and the location.
