The staff here at Storage Star Hilo have been fantastic. Both Britney and Coco have given me great customer service. They both are very knowledgeable, friendly, charismatic, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got great customer service. Their facility is clean, secure, and easily accessible. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I give them 5 stars.

This place looks great with the new paint job! The new managment has a great and friendly staff. Currently they have a move in with a special price. If you need to store those extra pieces of personal stuff, check this place out!

this is hands down the best storage facility I have ever been to!! Amazing staff that takes great care of you. Very safe and protected with security and coded gates. Over all best place I’ve been. Would recommend to everyone!!!
