The people were very helpful, however, after close to an HOUR of going through paperwork and then having to verify multiple phone numbers due to corporate policy being so ABSURD, we ended up having to unhitch the trailer and not rent it. All for a $55 rental? It would have taken us longer to rent the trailer than to complete the job! Uhaul, you are going to lose business if you continue this way. So disappointed!
