Randy's Huli Chicken and Ribs

We arrived 30min before closing and the combo plate with brisket we ordered was still very good. Great smoke flavor without being too overpowering. Meat is tender.nnBrisket had excellent smokey flavor with a rich texture you would expect from this cut. Smoked chicken was brined so that the normally dry breast meat was moist, even the next day. The ribs were small and satisfying.nnSauce was offered on the side (very considerate) and the banana bread was moist and satisfying. Service was professional and our bbq was served quickly. There are picnic tables outside under a roomy tent.. Randy does it right!

Just incredible! They're only open Thursday and Friday, so make a plan to go. I think they're technically open til 4, but were just starting to run out of things when we arrived at 2:30. Luckily, we got to try most everything. The chicken was amazing (and fun to watch in the rotating cooker). The brisket may be the best I've ever had. Their corn was amazing as well, coated in just enough butter to make your mouth water. Loved it so much we picked up a couple bottles of their bbq sauce and packets of dry rub. They have 5 picnic tables set off to the side, so you can eat there or take to go.

Some of the best barbecue you will have on this island. Chicken, Beef, Pork. It is all AMAZING!. MUST TRY!

Terrific place for local food. We extended our trip and we’re so happy that allowed us to come back to this place. Excellent chicken, brisket and pork. We loved the new smoked chicken Mac n cheese. The sweet rolls might seem expensive however they are worth the price plus bread here is always costly. We drove from waikola and were so happy we didn’t miss them this trip. Papa pops were still there and we love the flavors.

Randy’s chicken was spot on and he and his crew nail it every time. Such great food and super nice people this is a must try if you’re in Kona
