Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill Kona

Had a great dinning experience at Jackie Rey's. Great classy atmosphere. My steak was amazingly good! Service was quick too. We had a party of 6 and our waitress did a great job. We did make a reservation for that night Highly recommend place to eat!

Had a lunch with my family there and the waitress offered me lots of different food and drinks which made me feel more excited about this place. Waiting for 10 minutes to have the food ready but it worth the wait. I had a lobster and their desserts was a bomb. Highly recommended

This may be the best restaurant in Kona. Excellent food, very good service, and a really good wine selection. True gourmet dining which is hard to find in Hawaii. My only small problem was that the online menu is very outdated and the prices have gone up considerably. They should update that. Other than that, a great birthday dinner for my elderly mom last night that we all really enjoyed.

Service was amazing, and the food was wonderful. We took half of our desserts to go, but one of the desserts we wanted would have melted during the drive, so we decided not to order it. After paying, the waitress came back with that dessert packaged and gave it to us for free. That was the nicest thing I had experienced all week. Wonderful service, will be going back :)

My gf & I had reserved a table and upon arrival was offered a free first round of drinks and an appetizer if we sat at the bar and forfeited our table to another party. We were later charged for the drinks and appetizer and after speaking to Vincent on 2-3 separate occasions and being told the charge would be reversed, it never was. It has been about 3 weeks and nothing. I even gave Vincent my card information and was assured he would get right on it. I regret coming here and at this point, I just want my money back. This was a horrible experience and the food wasn't even worth the price. I think I had the fish and chips and it was one of the most forgettable meals I had, very dry and basic. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing but I won't be coming back. The only good thing I can say is the servers were polite to us and checked in regularly.
