Their service is top-notch and friendly. Cindy was very professional and explained everything about the deed transfer. Other staffs were very courteous, too. Having Notary service on site was very convenient. Parking is plenty and they will give you a visitor pass.

Just this past week, we used Ruth Silva at Hawaii Document Service in Kona, for a deed transfer. Very pleasant, professional, quick and efficient. The cost was very reasonable.
