Nice studio with a great, calm vibe. The ability to schedule online is convenient and easy. Skilled, knowledgeable instructors that vary the practice with each class. Love taking the infrared heated classes. Yoga + therapeutic heat = amazing.nnHobbling in with an extensive knee injury, I appreciated the attentiveness to my needs and was very supported with accommodations . Even from a chair, the (heated) practice is very beneficial.

Yoga Hale is truly a great studio.nnThe instructors are passionate, skilled and genuine.nNo matter your practice level you will be welcomed and comfortable.... and challenged (if you want to be).nnTowels, Mats and blocks are available if you don’t have your own.nnI’ve tried heated and non heated classes, love them all.nnYoga Hale, the homenOf yoga in the 808!

One of my first and best hot yoga experiences. SaiFon provided a relaxing experience and was attentive as I struggled with new poses. Her instruction and her words were so inspirational, the whole week I felt such positive energy and truly rejuvenated. Can’t wait to visit the big island again and take a class.

This place has inspired and transformed me. The instructor is one on one and very comfortable. I came back into yoga very out of shape ashamed and scared to join a class. I’m involved 2-3 times a week now and hoping to h crease my classes. I’m comfortable and the other people in the classes were very nice as well. I’ve searched far and wide for this type of experience !
