I had the opportunity to stop in and train at Foundation BJJ while on a work trip to Kona. Friendliest gym I have ever dropped into, everyone made a point to introduce themselves before class started. Good mix of locals and visitors.
Family oriented gym. Very friendly and welcoming vibe. Great for all levels of BJJ practitioners.
