I highly recommend contacting Clyde Aoki if you are ever interested in purchasing a car/suv at Big Island Motors Hilo. Clyde is very professional, non pressure sales person and actually found a better financing package than what was offered by Hyundai

Check engine light. $430 later and check engine light is back after one day. Need an oil change? That's $100. They are not returning calls or answering the phone.

I’ve been a customer here for 7-8 years and although I’d bought my cars I wouldn’t get em serviced here because of the last manager running Dept .. but today was a different story and I must share - Shayna bent over backwards to help me today in a crisis, and the service team followed in line with the same customer care. I’m truly so grateful I was treated with Aloha and respect in my time of need! Way to go guys, you ROCK!
