OMG!!!! we had such a great experience there! Our sales person was ROBERT CARMELO and he was awesome friendly and we got our trade in for even more than we thought!! We purchased a used Toyota Tundra and he got us An amazing deal! Customers service was awesome super fast and very easy going!!!!! We love it! And totally recommend it! I had an excellent experience at Kona Auto Center! Allen C. from Sales was kind and patient and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He was able to help me trade in my car from the mainland and get me into a Jeep which is way more practical for island life. I was able to get a great trade in value as well as a great deal on the Jeep. He went above and beyond to make sure the Jeep was perfect and had everything I needed. Also, Cassie in the Nissan Service Department was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend buying from Kona Auto Center. A+ :)

Disappointed. Tried to conduct an internet and covid safe purchase here at this dealership, but seems you must visit in person to get any form of negotiated purchase. I'm sure it works best for the dealership to have you sit in their office, but not best for the customer. Oh well, plenty of other options.

Dealership went against their word with me because other representatives were upset. I placed a deposit down for a vehicle that was approved by the Sales manager. I was told that it would hold the vehicle so I can come back by and take a look when it has been cleaned and serviced. At this point the vehicle could not be driven off the lot. I come back later in the week and the vehicle is still not complete and I am told by the sales manager that there are too many people upset about the hold on the vehicle, after I have been approved for the purchase. He states that he has to give me back the money to make everyone else happy or I will have to sign the purchase documents that day even though no work has been done on the vehicle and cannot be driven off the lot. On top of that, he singled out one of his dealers that I was initially working with by saying he should have never went on his own and taken a down deposit.nnNotice in the reply below that the problems I was concerned with were not addressed. Just some “scratches”nI was told I can hold it until it was complete.nI did my part by putting my own money down because I wanted the vehicle. Work was not done on the other end and the vehicle was not serviced.
