They need more than one server for the customers and phone and to go orders. She was too preoccupied to refill coffee, even with us not being in a rush and sitting around for a while. She also seemed fairly stressed, which is understandable. The breakfast menu was pretty good and enjoyable otherwise!
Great first breakfast in town experience - very kind and welcoming - taking good care of the 5 of us at every moment and the breakfast menu was very good! Special Congrats on the waffles! Amazing!
Great spot to sip coffee and read. It's feels like a diner but it closes early.
After several years absence I returned to Bears for breakfast several times and was pleasantly surprised, They have all the old favorites, The Big Bad Buster, Belgian waffles and Bagels with cream cheese and good coffee. Despite reduced capacity due to Covid service was reasonable but its NOT fast food so if your in a hurry go to Cafe 100 or nearby Mc Donalds and wait in their line.
Classic, reliable diner food. I ate so much I almost went into a food coma. The half portion of biscuits and gravy is only $7 and is huge! It comes with soufflé eggs which were perfect. The macnut waffle is great.nAnd the people are super friendly too.
