The Umauma Falls Experience

This is one of the best experiences on land here in Hawaii! The staff was above excellent, felt completely safe, and they made it fun and entertaining while being professional and keeping our safety their priority! made it so worth the drive. The children on our tour had a blast! The staff is accommodating to all ages. The facilities are clean and above average, clean bathrooms, clean beautiful lounge and waiting areas! Beautiful views

We did the ATV tours and it was a ton of fun! Amazing views and awesome guides. There is a beautiful garden area that you can walk around and check out before you start your journey that I would recommend you check out by getting there early or staying after. They also had stand up paddle boards and kayaks during a 30 min snack break that were a very nice break in-between

As a small business owner I was very impressed with the operation. Extremely organized and efficient yet so personal and fun to be around. Remember, a lot about a business can be revealed by its staff and they were fabulous.nnFYI, The owner just got in town, luggage in tow, and he was checking in with customers. Amazing.nThank you.

Fun guides made it a great experience. Equipment was good and grounds are very well maintained. We would have just hung out up there all day if we could have. We had a BLAST! Will be back for more adventures!

Guides were awesome today! Fun ride, easy experience, and beautiful scenery. Only complaint would be to have a smaller group so we wouldn't wait so long between segments.
