It’s incredibly difficult to find an honest mechanic, but when you find one you stick with that mechanic for life. I’m incredibly relieved I was able to find Jordan to work on our cars. Honest work, great prices, good dude. Overall amazing experience, will highly recommend his work!

I was getting ready to head home (I’m from out of town).My car started leaking fluids. I couldn’t till where it was coming from. My family and me ended up staying another night. The next morning I called 4 other places to have them look at my Chevy Suburban. I let them know I was from out of town and wanted to go home today but every place was too busy to help me.nnI let Russel know what happening with my car and my family and I were trying to go home today. They let me know that if it was minor they could help out. If it was the water pump it depends on how deep in the engine the pump was if they could help me. I got it there and they found the problem right away. Told me what needed to be done. Gave an estimate. About an 1 1/2 hr later let me know my car was ready.

Very ethical and reliable mobile mechanic. Russell Auto Diagnostics has done work for family members as well me and it is always a great experience. Prior to my most resent repair the owner/mechanic, Jordan, had completed regular maintenance on my 2006 Crown Victoria and in the process taught me a few things I can do myself to save money. He has also changed my brake pads and rotors, added a sway bar and installed new rear springs. The most recent repair was my AC which was on the fritz and all I was getting was hot air. He was able to fix the AC and discovered that I needed a new blend door actuator which involved taking my entire dash apart. When he was done with the work the AC was freezing cold and the dash looked as if he had never taken it out of my car. He performs diagnostics each time and tells me exactly what the issue is and what the approximate cost will be. Every time he has come in under his estimate. His hourly rate is reasonable, and I never feel like I got ripped off. I don’t use any other mechanic. The best part is he does the work at my home and I can watch everything. Awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Jordan was referred to me by a couple of friends and I could not be happier with his work. Punctual, transparent and professional - he really went the extra mile with my Hyundai. Recently replaced a water pump for me for an incredibly reasonable price, and offered to check up on it for me unprompted - killer service.
