I have been a shopper at discount tire for 30 years and Jeremiah and his team at the Burlington Washington location are by far the best. They have great, friendly customer service. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my tire purchases and installation on both of my vehicles is expertly handled.

These guys are great! Les schwab quoted me over 700$ for tires including labor. My car is a 1993.... Their quote was more than what I paid for the car!nAt discount tire I paid 346$ for tires and the labor.nPlus the way they are handling check ins is great. They text you a link that tells you what place in line you are at and how long you've been waiting.nSuper friendly and polite, they really do get you taken care of. I'm so glad I went there for my tires!

I have purchased two sets of tires over the past six months at this store and had excellent service on both visits. The second visit I encountered a small problem and manager Jeremiah Hagen stepped in and immediately fixed the problem and went far and above to ensure I was happy. He clearly works hard to teach his employees good customer service. I am in AZ now and have been in two different Discount Tires and I am disappointed to say their service is no where near the level of his store.nI will definitely buy tires from Jeramiah in the future. Keep up the good work and thank you Jeremiah.

I went into the Mount Vernon store knowing that I needed a tire pressure sensor for which I had been quoted at $60.00 . This seemed like a bargain to me as the local Chevy dealer wanted $120.00 for the same item. As the technician was checking the air pressure in all of the tires, he noticed that the two tires on the right side of the car had side wall damage. This did not make me happy as I had just purchased four new tires for my Tahoe and four new tires for our travel trailer in May 2021, The technician checked and they had two of the same tires in stock and told me that they would put them on for me, and would cover the cost. WOW! That's service and taking care of your customer. You bet I'll be back. Thanks Discount Tire.
