This place went above and beyond. I stopped in because I was having a hard time with my old Yakima bike rack. Sean took the time to diagnose the issue then had one of his install techs fix the problem.nNow I can use my rack again!nThanks again!

I was so impressed with the service at Goody's. Sean went above and beyond to help me find a carrier would fit my weird kayak. He took the time to show me how to tie my boat down properly and went through installing 3 different racks with my kayak before he found the best fit. I noticed that everyone working there was very helpful to all their customers. He was really busy but still took the time find the right fit for me. The other Rack place didnt answer their phones and couldn't even guarantee a call back. Don't go there, go to Goody's!! Thanks Sean, my adventure can begin now.
