Appreciate how they consistently sent text updates about vehicle progress, and were happy to clarify if I wanted to reach out and ask specific questions. They have a very realistic approach to repairs, timelines, etc. , and don't keep their customers in the dark about those matters in a very tactful way.

Caliber was recommended by our insurance company. They are very professional, quick, and thorough. Car door had been damaged by theives including the window lifting system. Paint job was perfect and all damaged window seals were replaced. They washed the car and it looked like new. I'm very pleased
