I have worked at Luv-N-Care for a few months now and the way this center is run is a huge step up from what some other reviews describe. The new director, although young, is very capable and has turned this childcare center around. The previous director created a disorganized and unfit center that was difficult to transform into the nurturing and accommodating one it is today, thus staff turnover was high and, as with any transformational period, it took some time to sort out.nnI absolutely love it here. We have a wonderful staff that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of our students, staff members are well trained and have previous experience working with kids, there are new cleaning requirements in place, and we have continued to make improvements in the center such as renovating classrooms and installing brand new playground structures.nnI took this job because of how genuine and kind the staff is and have seen how hard everyone works to provide quality care through mutual respect and understanding.

TURN OVER WAY TO HIGH.. The director there does not how to coach or train.. Not to be disrespectful but fresh out of college and his FIRST TIME ever being a director of anything.. He has alot to learn.. Staff turn over is HIGHER than when I was a manager in fitness... However STAFF IS WONDERFUL.. and loves the kids so much.. They really do. No room for advancement as staff, no Benefits.. Its a Christian daycare but the bare minimal of acknowledging God is done in the classrooms.. The Director there leads with a WASHINGTON STATE let you go for no reason policy.. Or may have one and just not tell you.. That part is definitely the deal breaker for a True Christian Company. I prayed for a way out and God gave it to me.. I have no hard feelings and will be praying that Daycare grows. BLESSINGS!

Based on my visit to view the center and meet people and to ask all my questions. I love this place so far. No complaints. I will update my review once my kids are enrolled. Looking at the other comments the center director is no longer a lady so they got a new one. Things are way different here then the other comments.
