I presently work here and management has been very hit and miss. I've worked both night and day shift. My assessment is day shift has cool management but very lazy co-workers. I found myself doing twice the amount of work during day shift due to kids and dead beat dads not doing there fair share of work. Entitlement is rampant with tier 1's.nnNight shift has worse management at night but your co workers are hard workers are a little wiser and have way more personality. Most people on nights have more appreciation because they have been thru rough times.nnIt's not a terrible place to work but there is no other place like it. (This goes without saying for most) Its the people who I work around that makes me happy to be there. Amazon should only be something temporary until we normalise again. It's just a J.O.B. If your tight up for cash give it a try.

I gave them 1 star because the employees are lined up outside about seven people deep. I don't remember seeing anything advising to dress warm, as you are literally waiting in the elements.

They do not care about you here, they try to turn and burn as many employees as they can. The moral is extremely low in this building. It is mind numbingly easy work that you have to do for hours at a time. 11h30m days are what you can expect with only a days notice. They slap you with mandatory extra time constantly and expect you to use your own personal time to cover it if you had an appointment lined up on your day off. They treat you like a number here and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with half a brain.

The worst place to work is here. The supervises was the worst lady and rude person i ever meet. Her name is rachel olvera. She don’t care about you. You work like animal. I need my insurance and they never help at. PLEASE DONT WORK AT THIS AMAZON
