As a Maintenace Supervisor you always look for savings, costumer service and availability when it comes to order your needs for your property. I work for Pinnacle Management and my Property is Valley Springs Apartments 96 units one man show, basically when I need my supplies, appliances and rehab products I always contact my Sales Representative Kent Orr because he is very responsive and take action immediately when I need something to get my job done in a time frame. The delivery system is on point with next day delivery. No complaints at all Kent goes above and beyond. Great Sales Representative and always keep in touch with me if I need something.
