So I must give credit where credit is due. I have had a very hard time during this pandemic, when i spoke with Tiffany today she was so very kind and very informational. She explained all the steps and what would happen with my situation. I appreciate her very much. Its not very often you find someone that is willing to really listen to you and have such a kind soul. I have been storing at this location far longer than I'd like to admit. The ladies that work here have asked me many times to give my feed back on Google. I kept forgetting after seeing some of these reviews I feel I must do one now .Facts are some bad reviews are for some where on pac hwy not military. Also they do expect you to follow rules to keep the place safe and clean . I have been spoken too about not following the rules and following someone else on the property but I have to say I appreciate them bringing it to my attention and the why.I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff . So if you want to store in a safe and clean storage this is the place to go . Thank you ladies at military public storage for everything you do for us
