I had the steak pho and on these cold days it really does the trick. Their pho has great authentic taste and on top of that they are local and sustainable! Great find in Bellevue!

Convenient and delicious food, perfect for a quick meal (especially lunch)! It is a food truck parked in front of Stone Lounge Bellevue.nSome things to note: There appears to be an underlying sweetness to everything I've tried (pho broth, bun bo hue broth, and ginger sauce for chicken and rice), I always add a ton of sriracha to everything so it didn't bother me. Although there are no big bones present for the boneless chicken and rice plate, there are some small bones so be careful when eating!

Authentic Vietnamese Pho that you can taste the flavors in the broth. Must try if you craving for some!!!
