do not order from Kate Spade New York (the company's direct website). They lost my sister's Christmas gifts. kept telling me to wait, and check back. I noticed that their website said all orders would have to be placed today to arrive in time. They again told me to wait when i contacted them today. They told me they would refund or replace tomorrow if the items were in stock. That's after their posted date. When I called them out on it they offered a refund. It's sitting somewhere in their warehouse and they can't be bothered to go look for it! I will NEVER buy Kate Spade from there again! Lauralynn from the Auburn Kate Spade is making it right, visit them FIRST before buying online!
