Great experience. Customer service was a top notch. They respond quickly and answer all questions honestly. The purchasing/trade-in experience was seamless and quick. Everything was properly explained and I was on my way in no time. I do recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an outstanding customer experience and a good quality vehicle.

My first experiance was like no other. The salesperson Noah and the owner Leo were both eager to help me get exactly what I was looking for. I requested a white Ford Taurus. They did find one that was out of state. They showed me pictures and I liked the vehicle so they sent for it and it arrived in just a few days, very quick service. When the vehicle arrived, it did have a dead battery but they replaced it promptly. The vehicle looks and runs great and I will definitely refer this company to others as well as purchase another vehicle again in the future.

Where do I start... 3 years out of bankruptcy hadn’t bought a car in 8 years. Bryan took me step by step and got me into the car I wanted at a price I can afford. While dealing with me and my uneasiness about buying a car. The owner was awesome as well and looked past a fender bender on my trade in (thank you). they worked with my down payment so I could take the car home today! None of this could have happened without the great team at Boyko.. Noah the finance guy made that part easy and fast got me a great rate and filled up my new car for the drive home!!! I’m a happy customer thank you Boyko I will pass the word!nnUpdate... The after buying experience has been much the opposite!! was told my credit was ran once by them but an actuality it was twice! . there were at least two things Boyko listed as features of this car that were not true. There were no 20” rims they are 19”. There was no active navigation system as listed. I have to buy the card to make it work so should NOT been listed as feature. The scratch that runs all the way from the back bumper to the front bumper that was obviously covered up was a nice touch as well! Burnt out rear fog light that has to be professionally installed... locator lamps under the rear view mirrors also don’t work! I could go on but won’t.. the post dated check mentioned above that was cashed early by them that caused me $61 in bank fees! Then having to track them down to get the final down payment taken care of. At least I got my plates mailed to me I guess that makes it all even! Be careful with these guys! I’m taking this Brand New car as they advertised it in to get completely checked over I don’t trust their word any longer!

I showed up to look at the vehicle I was interested in, the vehicle was not only very dirty inside with dirt on the floor, but was also completely empty on gas with the gas light on and the electrical system would not activate to start the car, I am very familiar with this specific car and it had serious issues, I couldn’t even get the car to go into drive. The photos on the site were much nicer than in person. I drove over an hour to look at it and have never experienced anything on a lot in this condition.
