She is the best! Attention to detail. I am someone who is really particular and wants specific things done to my hair. I don't talk the 'hair' language and she gets me and what I am explaining. For example, I cannot stand any red or orange in my highlights / lowlights. She can get it done without looking at me like I have no clue what I am talking about. Once you are fortunate to get in with her, there is no one else that can replace her. I have known her over 10+ years and she has now become a great friend of my family.

Joanne is such a sweet heart and fun to talk to! Before going to her, my hair was dry and brittle. She helped me recover by recommending treatments and beauty supplies. What I love about her is she understands what a customer needs and executes. She doesn’t try to sale you on extra stuff. She just tells it like it is. Love it
