Coffee was good. My 3 stars is based on your employee’s decision to ASK me if I would like to choose from one of the tipping options on their tablet screen. I ALWAYS tip my servers, always. Today was no different, however, he would’ve received a better tip from me had he not ASKED for it. Putting people on the spot like that in front of everyone is extremely rude. Be humble and let the tip come from the generosity of your customers heart.
Not happy with the new branding. The music in the morning and cool secret drinks made it unique and a great start to the morning it was uplifting to see people so positive in times like these. But now it’s just an ordinary coffee shop so I’ll no longer be stopping by
great coffee, great staff. They see me regularly and make it a point to call me by my name. Highly recommend.
Everyone is happy and great. Beverage always great.
