The staff(Ally) was terrific. Very friendly and efficient yet thorough. The site is easy to get to and move your RV around. What impressed me the most was the clean weed-free parking surface. Everything is orderly and neat. I very highly recommend as the rates are the best in area.
I spoke with Ally over the phone and I spoke with Bobbie over the phone and they both were so beyond sweet when I went in I seen Ally and she help me out with everything that I needed very professional very nice lady everything was clean and nice all over good experience

The manager, Aly Flood, was a pure pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and accomodating for our storage needs and made us feel valued for our business. We're happy campers!
Just rented a new unit from this location in Terrebonne, and Aly was amazing. I had applied online and by noon the next day we were putting the stuff in the storage unit. It seems more and more these days its hard to find good customer service and she went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and efficient. Very glad we were able to rent from her!
