I cannot believe this place. I specifically asked if I would get a additional charge if I kept the trailer for another day. The person their assured me that it I would only be charged for another day. The second day they call me and ask me where the trailer was. I explained what the person said and they said it would be ok. Later I found a $50 dollar charge on my account. When I tried to explain the owner yelled at me and refused to refund me. Kim off west 2nd is more honest and doesn’t lie to you. I will never return.
I've used their services several times and have always been pleased with the equipment and people. Knocked off one star due to a hard time getting through on the phone...may have just been a busy day/time?
I rented with this location back in early June. I needed to get items back east, including a vehicle. Dennis and his staff not only found me the most efficient and cost effective setup, but he saw I needed some help determining how to secure the load, and unhesitatingly helped. This was a top notch experience! I can’t recommend this location enough!nnCG
Needs signs at entry of the parking lots stating no trucks instead of little ones in it. The worker could of came to my truck and ask for me to leave politely instead of waving his arms about angrily and pointing that the exit.
