We’re considering renting our house for the first time. I reached out to Marcus for a consultation on the thorny issues COVID has raised for landlords. He responded super promptly, was incredibly generous with his time, and even during our (free) 30m conversation, recommended good sources for inexpensive DIY legal documents rather than trying to extract money. Stand up guy! Will be using him in the future for sure if needed (but hopefully not!)

Marcus was able to bring my case to a prompt and efficient resolution. Throughout the entire process his proactive communication style exceeded my expectations. He quickly answered all questions and emails, and lead me through the process in a manner that was easy to engage and made me feel comfortable, while firmly representing me in professional manner. I met with Marcus about a speeding ticket I got in November and he was extremely helpful. We explored a couple options, he read into the law, and finally decided it would be best to talk with the judge myself. Then he wrote up a few talking points for me to take to court and I felt a lot more confident. Awesome experience start to finish! His advice saved me a lot of trouble!
