I have been to Denny's in other city multiple times and experience has been fine except this time: The lady who sat us was nice and sweet and the Mike was nice to help took my dish away at the end, but it took almost 30 min for the server to come take our order, and she got two out of three orders wrong.nThere is a family of 5 people got sat with us the same time, but they got taken care of and served way early then we do that they were on the way of leaving while our food just started to came out. We totally feel ignored by our server from the very beginning till the end. It is our first time here to this Denny's and I went there with my kid and in-law with a happy mood but came out of there with disappointment and terrible mood. I talked to my co-workers about the poor customer service I had today and they both said they experienced the same thing there. It is sad to hear that. The two stars are for the lady who sat us and for Mike. Really hope their customer service can be improved in the future.

Terrible they ignore you if they don't want to seat you and they weren't even busy yet. The woman who finally sat us was sweet and great customer service. The actual waitress didn't understand our order and completely messed that up. French toast was crispy ud83dude33 hashbrowns weren't cooked all the way and easy over eggs were scrambled. Terrible place won't stop again. I am a traveling nurse I will wait for food!!

Server was nice. Order was pretty close to what we asked for. Servings large. Facility is old, dingy and needing some new life.

Food was edible. Service was poor. Took over 15 minutes before the waitress acknowledged us.
