I thought after my issue and the distract manager getting involved i wouldn't have to leave a review. But, I need to tell what my last experience was. It was on October 30,2020. I was on my lunch. I stopped in got food from Fred Meyers and ordered my Pumpkin Spice Latte. I waited 10 minutes for it. I watched the lady (Emily) make it. She went through 5 lids qhen she finally got a lid on. The thing that happened next was a HELL NO! She went over to wash her hands (great) dried her hands with papertowels (good) then.... she took the paper towels she dried her hands with to clean off my cup. I couldn't believe what I saw. We are in the middle of a pandemic and she didn't care. I told her I wanted a refund. The became a battle all on its own. I spent another 5 minutes trying to get a refund from Chad. The District manager called me 2 weeks later. Kinda listened to what I said. He said he would be in touch and hung up. STILL haven't heard back. Stay away from this location. They do not take food safety seriously!
I love getting my coffee here; the employes are always nice and the drinks are good!
