Terrible, rude service. Charged us incorrectly, asked us to park in slot #1 while the readied the meal...and promptly forgot about us. Had to enter the building to collect food in person (usually no big deal, but they specifically asked that we wait as directed) after waiting excessively. Next time in the area will go to another restaurant...poor from start to finish.

Welcome to the new normal. The governor says they can open inside, but do not. Don't be surprised if fast food places stop allowing you inside once this is over. Less overhead and they no longer have to maintain the restrooms. How do you correct your drive through order that is messed up when they don't let you in? Get back in line? Call and hope someone answers? Too many businesses are using COVID as an excuse to provide less service.

This McDonald's so far has been the most accommodating for me as a trucker ,they are fast , courteous and friendly. I did use the app for my last 2 orders and the app was at first a bit confusing but finally I understood it and both orders were property processed. Thanks to the McDonald's on Pine St in The Dalles.

I went through the drive through on January 15, 2021. @ 5:35pm. Odered 2 cheese burger meal 2 deluxe burgers and 1n6 piece nugget happy meal and 1 hamburger happy meal. Any way spent 33$ and when I got home there was no chicken nuggets for my son the eat. I tried to call the store and no one answered I called over and over and no one ever answered. I have been ripped off by this store before and seems they still continue to rip people off. I have never said anything in the past. But when my child does not get his meal then thats when I'm gonna say something.
