We were so impressed with Kristen and her staff when they catered a wedding at our venue. Truth be told, we are always a bit skeptical of caterers who are working at our venue for the first time, but from what we could see Rooted was definitely over delivering. Professional, friendly staff, delicious food - lots of very happy wedding guests. We highly recommend her for wedding catering if you can get her! Like all good things, they are in high demand!
I've been to many Rooted Table dinners, and each of them have been really special experiences. This is a culinary feast and community building all in the same adventure. The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide range of ethnic roots and almost all local ingredients. And the open table concept brings people together in a happy and engaging way that builds natural relationships. I'm such a huge fan, I try to go to every Rooted Table event.
Rooted in the Gorge is an authentic experience that brings patrons together around a shared table. Kristen is an amazing chef, and we've been to several events that we are very happy with. Please, if you have a chance to attend a Rooted event I suggest you try and make it.
I cannot say enough good things about Rooted in the Gorge. You have to visit the Cafe for a regular visit or one of the amazing events, the food is always delicious and made with the secret ingredient of love.
Excellent food, espresso and service. Furthermore, Rooted’s catering outfit is second to none as well. Truly one of the culinary delights of the region!
