Friendly service, decent food. Swung through on a road trip and grabbed a late lunch or early dinner depending on how you look at it. I think what is missing from their deluxe burgers is some unique sauce, they're a little dry. Tasty still, though.
Didnt really visit here
It was getting late and my brother and I were hungry. Just happened to see Big Jim's so we stopped in for a bite to eat. The burger was great and the milk shake was awesome. To top it off the staff was very nice and sociable. 5 stars for Big Jim's.
Oh my goodness this was an amazing little place! Pulled up late and there was a line. I almost drove on for something else... Glad I waited it out! Burger was amazing, sweet potatoes were amazing, milk shake was amazing. My wife and kids loved their food too. This will be our go to food stop when we drive through!
Totally disappointed with the quality of food and service as of late. Been going there for years and with the previous owner Rex, we were always treated with great service and food quality. Not sure who has it now, but they don't care about providing customer service nor quality of food served. I sent an e mail to the owner with a total explanation of our concern, with no response. Also, had to walk inside to get an order a couple weeks ago and the cleanliness was nothing like it was when Rex was the owner. Will never go in again. I also responded to the owner/manager as requested and never gat a response. Shows the lack of caring for the customers concerns under new management.
