Little lady had no etiquette, spoke too softly to be heard properly and I ordered a white mocha and was charged 8.45$ for the “extra shots.” ud83dude44ud83dude44ud83dude44Everywhere I’ve been, it’s been rang up as a flavored drink. Either the employees need to be trained better or this corporate company is really trying to rob people for all they can get. Either way I won’t be coming back to this starbucks location.

Very kind and professional team members. The lobby was closed due to air quality (recent fires). Ordered several items and they were all delivered to order perfection and a smile. Much appreciated! Keep up the good work!

I love this Starbucks, I come very often. Not often enough for them to know my order or voice and whatnot, but with being lived here so long, I come to this one. Anyhow, I am lactose intolerant and order my drinks with alternative milks, as any lactose intolerant persons should so they don’t suffer later, but I’m sure that they gave my dairy milk and I didn’t realize till later. I used to work at a Starbucks, (the one in a Fred Meyer and Safeway) so I know sometimes we just get too lazy to grab the proper milk or we get too caught up and forget- but ohhhhh I’m so sad that i couldn’t resist drinking my drink because it’s so good, but I am PAYING THE PRICE. I just wish that who was working on bar today would remember that people request nondairy milks for a reasonud83dude36. May the nondairy gods be forever on my side and that this time, my body is mercifulud83dude02

Went through the drive-thru today around 10:30 AM. It was about a 8 minute wait to order. Lady taking my order sounded very nice. However, I ordered a pink drink with half the ice. When I got it and took a drink it tasted like water with a hint of strawberry. Will NEVER go to this one again. Wait time was too long and my drink was disgusting. I drove over an hour from my house to get a Pink Drink. I am very disappointed. When I go into town again I will maybe try the Fred Meyers one....
