I have been with Dr. Melby and staff for almost 10 years now. They have been through my weight gain and weight loss. They listen to you before they diagnose you. They are carrying and understanding. They have dealt with my emotional needs and anxiety attacks. They watched me bring in all five of my children while we tried to figure out their daily puzzles with staff. They have grieved with me after my son passed and then my daughter. I have not been at a VA clinic the is so supportive of their veterans was this clinic. I am blessed

Great front staff maintain their humour. The primary medical staff are both professional and take time to talk and answer questions. They talk to you not at you.nIt's the VA so always plan for a longer wait that being said they have a great library.

Any problems I have had in the past , THAT I REPORTED, were quickly resolved. Otherwise I have had no real complaints from The Dalles Clinic. The staff and especially my doc have been great. Thanks Doc Papac et al!! Now if you want to talk about the admin side in Portland. That's a different story......
