Dutch Bros is always so busy so that seems that would say how great they are BUT everyone has different experiences right... I will say they are very sweet, kind, energetic, young adults with PATIENCE
It was good. There was a bit of a line but that is to be expected since our town lost power from the ice storm. The vanilla chai blended was delicious. The place where I usually get them is thicker but this one is also delicious. This is the first place other than my usual place that has this drink as delicious and perfectly flavorful. My husband got a large French vanilla coffee and he loved it. He is a truck driver and was in the military for 22 years so he knows good when he can find it, lol
Assists great coffee and other drinks. My favorite is the Grasshopper frost (no coffee and it tastes more like a shake) with extra creme de menthe. Yum yum!!!
I usually love going to my local Dutch Bros they are usually always friendly. But one day I went and the worker was talking with me and as soon as her co worker asked if she wanted to face time someone she ran in the middle of our conversation to go face time without even taking my payment or anything it honestly felt pretty rude. I get the excitement of facetiming an old coworker but running off in the middle of a customer interaction is rude.
Went here several times during my stay in Salem. Service was good. They have a good selection of drinks. The drinks I got were good. The prices seem to be a bit high.
