I had a fantastic experience at this jeep dealership this morning with the service department. I had concerning car troubles in the middle of a road trip, so getting service done on my car was absolutely mandatory. Despite how busy the service department was, they managed to fit me in the schedule immediately and I was out of there within two hours. Jen did an amazing job keeping me updated on my car and making sure everything was done in a timely manner. Again, it was a Saturday morning, I was a walk-in appointment, AND I was out of there in two hours. Thank you so much to Jen especially, and the other employees who helped me so much. Very honest and sincere employees here. This place went above and beyond to make sure we were more than satisfied with our purchase and didn’t try to hide anything from us throughout the whole process. When I returned and decided to purchase the vehicle, everything was squared away and I was pulling off the lot in my new vehicle within 90 mins of arrival. These guys are doing legitimate business, everything was priced very fairly. This place truly wants to take care of their customers, I would 100% recommend to anybody considering shopping here.
