Make sure you get receipts for any monthly cash payments made to her or her husband. We paid her husband cash payments for months until we starting using Venmo to pay them. I was told this month after paying December 3rd that she had not received December’s payment. She stated December’s payment was for November and November’s payment was for October. In October we paid cash. We did not start using Venmo until November. After she confirmed herself that October was paid in cash, she then stated maybe October’s payment was for September but “wasn’t sure because she did not have the paperwork in front of her.” I asked her if she was assuming we missed a payment and if so which month was missed? No reply. She also stated our payment was to be in the amount of $37 when her husband had told us $30 which we had been paying for months to him without any problem.nnI paid a double payment in the month of December in fear of not being able to get into the gate to get my camper. We have used multiple RV storages while traveling through the states and unfortunately I cannot recommend this one due to poor bookkeeping and harassment on Venmo for alleged late payments.

I was able to get my travel trailer in here on short notice and on a Sunday. The rates were great as well. I only needed to store it for a month but will definitely store it there again if needed.

My Wife and I needed to store our 45” Montana 5th Wheel in the Billings area for a month this year while we were traveling back east on family business. We are full timers and our 5th Wheel is our full-time home. Billings Storage Solutions in a relatively new facility that is very easy to find and has good access roads for big trailers with no turning radius issues. The location, (less than a mile) is far enough off the busy travel ways to remain a more secured location, as it is on a dead-end road surrounded by private property, where the home owners are present keeping an eye on who comes and goes. David lives on site which was a big reason for my selecting this business. The security fence, electronic access gate and surface of the storage yard were done to industry standards and as a former Physical Security Specialist for FEMA, I found the lot to meet all of the requirements that I would have looked for when I was on the job. David is a pleasure to work with and accessible by phone, text or email. We returned to find our home as we had left it with no mice issues or issues of any kind. The vegetation is kept well away from the fence line along with the composition of the hard-packed lot surface I feel was the reason for this. The monthly storage for us was a dollar a foot which is what our research indicated was a norm for this area. We will definitely use Billings Storage Solutions for all our storage needs as we travel to the Billings area often for the recreation seasons.

The owners live on site and the rates are excellent. Great access from the frontage road too
