Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Ordered Dickey's for dinner. Got the Anniversary combo. Pulled pork sandwich with 1 side and a special dessert. Asked for Onion and Pickles plus BBQ sauce. Didn't get any of that. Didn't get the desserts. (We ordered two of their anniversary combos.) Outside of the bun was greasier then the inside of it where the meat actually was. Green beans with bacon and garlic.... No bacon in sight. Didn't even taste it. Canned green beans simply flavored. All in all not impressed and won't be returning.

Update: the owner kindly reached out and offered to make things right. Since my initial review I have been back twice. Each time the food and service was excellent. Thank you Don, I love dickeys and am happy to be able to enjoy it so close to my house.

Went and had lunch today on New Years day! Had to wait quite awhile to order even, but the young lady who worked today by herself did wonderful. Working very quickly to get everyone taken care of. Hope they will think twice about having only one person working on a day many are off! Delicious food!

Food was okay I had the jalapeno beans it was more like a soup hardly any beans and luke warm the meat was pretty good the taste had good smoke flavor the potato casserole was cold and hubby had Wednesday special it was a sandwich and green beans he said it was ok the girl who was working wasn't friendly at all hoping she has better days she was the only one working.

Fast and friendly service. The food was really good as well!
