I called and was told I could get a one week free trial, followed by a $30/month bill for being a student. I went in and filled out paperwork on March 26th, 2021, and then asked about my one week free trial. The man working told me they were running a promo for $21 for the first month, and that the 4 remaining days in March count as my 1 week free trial, and I would be billed $21 on the first of April. I reconfirmed these facts with him a second time just to make sure. The gym then billed me $21 for the last 4 days of March, and an additional $30 on April 1st! When I called and tried to get them to refund my $30 (which I did not budget to spend there), they told me no, and that I was still getting a great deal. Oh, and if I was unhappy with that, I could just cancel my membership. I can't believe they can get away with lying and stealing from a new customer that easily, and will refuse to do anything about it. That is a horrible way to treat people!
So I'm just going to tell my story so no one else has to go through it, I called to cancel my membership because yellowstone is bigger, less crowded and alot more affordable and I was told I had to come in to cancel my membership well I work 12 hour days and couldn't come in for another 3 days to cancel it until the 1st of the month which is after thier billing cycle, so needless to say they will not refund my money and I'm out 52 dollars for a month of a gym membership that I will never use. Such a greedy rip off.
Always clean, well taken care of equipment & the staff is super friendly & knowledgeable. Love this gym!
Gym has high-quality equipment, decent locker facilities and an outstanding, full-size pool + hot tub.
Decent members. Decent staff. Decent equipment. They close too early. They used to have towel service but cut that expense siting a respiratory disease. Overall a decent place.
