Marshall is great. So experienced and knowledgable. He helped pinpoint the problem and referred me to a shop just a min away from my home, only because they were not equipped to fix my specific problem. I appreciate it!

The guys at the shop were all very friendly, and being new to town, we didn’t know anywhere else to go when our Jeep was leaking oil. They looked at it and told us it was the oil filter housing unit. They ordered the part on Thursday and said it would be in Wednesday and they would give me a call.nI didn’t hear anything Wednesday, so I gave them a call and they said the part wasn’t in. So I called back Friday and they said the part was in and they were JUST ABOUT to call me. They were busy, so I would have to wait until Monday. Monday I take the Jeep back to them with a heavy oil leak and they said “oh I meant to call you, that was somebody else’s part that came in, not yours. I don’t know where yours is. We’ll call you.” I called back every couple days because they never called, until 3 weeks after I brought the Jeep in the first time, they called and said the part had actually come in a few days earlier, but the guy’s wife took the box home thinking it was something of hers. I bring the Jeep back, they tell me they’ll fix it that day. They didn’t fix it that day, but they did fix the housing unit the following day.nI took the Jeep home and parked it in the garage. Next time I start it, I notices big oil puddle in the garage. So I took it back and they took a full day to investigate and find that the inner axle seal is leaking, but not to worry because they can order that part and have it the next day. They told me I can pick the jeep up so I can have it for the night. I jog over there on my lunch break and they have the Jeep 6 feet in the air because they are looking for the mechanic’s phone that they lost somewhere in the guts of my Jeep. So I wasn’t able to get my Jeep back. Had to jog back to work to be back on time.nI bring my Jeep BACK in, and they tell me that “don’t you just have the worst luck? We ordered the wrong part!”nThat was the last I heard from them because I can’t deal with their incompetence any more. So my Jeep still leaks oil. Over four weeks later.

Marshall was a fantastic help. I would very much recommend ACME to anyone who needs a good team of mechanics. I cannot express my gratitude for their efforts and true professionalism. Excellent experience.

I took my car in after the radiator blew up and they fixed it as fast as they could. Good communication the whole time about how much it would be and how long it would take. Thanks Guys!

I stopped in without an appointment to get help to change a tail light. They stopped what they were doing to help me right away. I have used them before and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs!!! One happy customer here.
