I called Michael to see if he would be able to look at my car to diagnose a sound that had started after I had slid off the road due to snow drifts on the road. It sounded like it was a transmission issue. Due to the Make of my vehicle Michael was not declined to look at it to diagnose but referred me to Flathead Transmission in Kalispell as they were familiar with my particular make. They took great care of me and were able to find the problem and remedy the problem that ended up just being ice packed up inside the engine and vibrating through the frame when put in reverse.
