Shauna and the team at Don K made my purchasing experience very quick, easy and pleasant. It took no time to work out a deal as communication was fast, efficient and reliable throughout. After returning home and realizing I made the mistake of forgetting an item in my trade-in, Don K was willing to ship the item back to me.
