Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Tim was a gem in front providing excellent drinks while we waited for our table. Hostess added good humor. Allison was exemplary as our waitress. It was the best steak I've had in years along with a trio of desserts that all deserve their own paragraphs. We will be coming back again and again.

Inviting atmosphere, attentive service. DELICIOUS food. If you have anything to celebrate or just want a great meal, treat yourself to an evening out at Carbon County Steakhouse. Even if you don't like beef, you won't regret your decision.

Service was great. Food was just okay. I wish I didn't buy into the hype. I'd definitely skip this next time.
