Tried 4 phone calls to make an appointment with no luck. I even sent them a message and finally receptionist called me back and said she passed my name and number on to somebody else... Still waiting for a call back. I understand it's tax time... But when they tell you to call back after March 15th three times....then you call back and they tell you to call back after April 15th.... Was highly recommended but apparently not a good fit.

Colleen has been doing my taxes for 18 years! She's extremely knowledgable and her staff are always friendly and professional. She makes a stressful task manageable and with her tax planning for the next year there aren't any surprises come tax time. 5 stars for sure!
