Wish I could give them zero stars. What an incredibly awful establishment. Lava smelt pours may be fun to look at (I remember coming to watch them for family outings as a child while collecting soda water), but they are highly destructive like the rest of their company’s operations and “products.” Monsanto’s monoculture with be the death of us.

Monsanto’s Soda Springs plant is currently an active Superfund site, having achieved that toxic waste site designation in 1990. Harmful onsite pollutants include cadmium, selenium, and radioactive radium all of which can cause serious health problems in humans in high concentrations.nThe documents of the EPA about that show that there are disturbing environmental and human health concerns at the beginning, not just at the end, of Roundup’s lifecycle.

Monsanto is a clean and efficient plant. It is an environmentally friendly company. Monsanto has been generous to the outlining communities for decades. And Monsanto has been a proven leader for economic growth and stability for their employees and community for over 60 years.
